LOSS PREVENTION CONSULTING

Loss Prevention Consulting involves a complete analysis and inspection of a facility intended to uncover flaws and assess facility procedures and equipment.  A  Loss Prevention consulting program should include the following principle objectives:

  • Assess a facilities present status for the protection of the assets and lives in the facility.

  • Identify existing physical deficiencies

  • Recommend improvements in equipment and procedures to make it more difficulty do bring harm to the facility and / or its tenants and visitors.

The survey should include internal as well as external areas as well as current operating policies and procedures at the facility.  The evaluation would also review the facility culture as well as type and nature of the business conducted in the facility or by divisions or clients.

The threat analysis would determine probabilities as well as possibilities.  It should be noted that the assessment of threat is an ongoing and changing dynamic.
